Robot pitches in at vinotwist

The vinotwist aluminium screw cap production packaging line is now supported by a robot. The Techman TM25S takes over the palletising process: Cartons are automatically picked up from 3 different production lines and stacked on pallets.

It is controlled by a code reader that recognises the production line and controls the process. The 6-axis robot is able to distribute the cartons flexibly to three different pallet spaces - efficiently and without interrupting the production flow. This not only makes the work of our employees easier, but also further increases productivity in packaging.
