Flexible production
All sizes are catered for, piccolo to magnum. Naturally, you can make use of our flexo printing, gravure printing and hot embossing machines to create stylish print designs.
A particular speciality of ours are sparkling wine caps with medallions and, of course, all other typical design features such as cork ventilation holes, tear-off perforations and grid graining.
Sparkling wine capsules are not only available with the well-known polylaminate film in different material thicknesses, but also in a PVC-free version as a paper-aluminum sparkling wine capsule.

The tear-off tab is 5 mm wide and available in the colours silver, gold, red, blue, white, black and transparent.
There is also a choice of different perforation variants:

The tear-off tab is 30 mm wide. The marking can be a standard version or personalised according to customer requirements.

Standard grit
The raised grid grain gives the capsules an exquisite finish. Printed capsules can also be finished with this effect.
