Vinotwist® names a screw cap for wines or spirits bottles.
It is a twist cap 30x60 made of aluminium and became state of the art for bottles with BVS bottle mouth in recent years and is also known as ROPP 30x60, BVS 30/60, Longcap, BVS-capsule, 30x60 Long Skirt, wine closure, wine twist cap, Aluminium Closure, 30x60 screw closure or BVS 30H60.
BVS is the short form for Bague Vin Suisse and originates from the description of the bottle mouth. A selection of various liners with different OTR values (oxygen transfer rate) enables a flexible usage for young wines, classic wines, single vineyard wines, Frizzante/Sparkling wines as well as spirits with a higher volume of alcohol.
